As an international John Maxwell Coach, Mentor, and Trustworthy Selling Certified Graduate, I have dedicated my life to catalyzing transformative change in insurance agencies and non-profit organizations, guiding them toward their best versions. With a wealth of experience in team building and individual coaching, I am driven by a profound passion to unlock the untapped potential of both organizations and individuals, igniting a spark of inspiration and hope. I have learned firsthand the value of understanding the insurance you need and how to be prepared for loss. Having personally lost over $20,000 in an insurance claim before my insurance career, I am committed to helping others avoid such pitfalls. Through my services, I cater to large and small organizations and individuals who aspire to elevate their personal and professional lives. With a strong focus on team building, coaching, and volunteering, I have honed my leadership skills. I served as the Director of Parades for the Festival Foundation for over 25 years before taking on the role of President, a testament to my proven track record and ability to lead confidently. My journey has taught me that anything is possible with hard work, dedication, and the right mindset.
