Due to unforeseen personal circumstances all operations of TCD have been suspended temporarily. As soon as I have finished relocating and have obtained the proper resources and information I will resume the operation of the company. I hope to accomplish this within the next two months. I apologize in advance for any impact this absence has had on your UDP experience. -Chris

Here are some account termination letters that have been sent to numerous data trader and renter accounts over the past several months. This has already been published to TacComData.com thus we're posting here as well since several people have inquired what exactly these letters stipulated. The letters are based on a generic template with the final bill being the major difference between accounts. Device upgrades can be charged back to the account in full along with Early Termination Fees for any lines in contract at the time of the account termination/disconnect. It has been confirmed these final bill ETF's are for the full $350 (two-year contract) ETF in lieu of the sliding fee based on the remaining contract period.

Until further notice TacCom Data is no longer releasing lines for AOL. The only service we can provide is assistance with UDP feature restoration should the UDP fall off and default to 2GB after AOL. See TacComData.com for more information regarding UDP transfer issues and Verizon auditing and terminating accounts.

For those of you who think you're the only client that I'm dealing with at any given time:

**UDP disconnect letter released**
-It will affect roughly 1200 customers
-Their median usage is 510GB
-It is NOT affecting BE accounts (with ECPD)

This does NOT affect corporate accounts with UDP codes incorporated in their ECPD profile

This is one of the older videos about the $45 Consumer Loyalty UDP that is currently the cheapest LEGITIMATE UDP plan for ALL accounts. Though the video is slightly old the information regarding the $45/m loyalty UDP is still accurate. Look for new videos coming soon!
