Meet Corey, our newest !
Read a little bit about Corey and his time here being part of the MESH01 Community!
'I have been married to my beautiful wife Michelle for just over two years now. We have a blended family of amazing kids, including three girls: a 26 year old in the Coast Guard, a 22 year old studying to get into medical school (already has a bio-chem undergrad), a 15 year old freshman in high school who absolutely crushes it dancing for Diversity Dance Studio, and the lone boy is 13 years old and he plays every sport imaginable but his first love is being behind the plate playing baseball. Our fifth “kid” is an Australian Labradoodle named Sage and she gets all the love, all the attention, and keeps us trending toward debt! Haha
I stand by the 3 Fs being the center of my life: Faith, Family, and Fitness. We are active with faith groups, mentoring families preparing to blend, and attending faith-based family camp every year at our favorite place in Montana, Clydehurst Christian Ranch. Family is a centerpiece for us too, spending a lot of our time with our parents and siblings and seeing extended family whenever time allows. It’s our farm and ranch background that leads us to time around the table and in the living room, reminiscing and drinking coffee and hearing stories about how things used to be! Finally, fitness is important to my physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. At 42 years old, I want to be more fit and healthy that I was at 22 or 32! I belong to a local gym community which keeps me accountable, and I also love entering obstacle course races like Spartan. I have completed three Trifectas so far, which means I ran a 5k, a 10k, and a half marathon all in the same weekend for some awesome medals, shirts, and bragging rights! My knees hurt just thinking about it again!
Since I’m long-winded, I’ll tell you all what I love the most about MESH01. I have been able to test some AMAZING products, including some of the nicest shoes and winter boots I’ve ever “set foot” in, and I am able to share my opinion on products that are being developed. It’s been fun to share insights on products I know will be on shelves later and being purchased because I helped the brand understand what motivates people to buy!
When I’m not just having fun and providing insights to the MESH community, I work for a blood plasma company as a key account manager in hospitals across five states. It’s a lot of travel, but that leads to some pretty cool perks on planes, in hotels, and in airport lounges!'
Thank you Corey for sharing!
