Millennial Stitches

Millennial Stitches I make string pretty. I was first taught to crochet in the seventh grade by an amazing woman. However, I eventually retired my hook at the end of the year.

Just about two years ago I found out I was pregnant and was soon after diagnosed with Hyperemesis Gravadirum. I was eventually placed on bed rest and I choose to pick up the hook again to prevent myself from getting stir crazy. It made me wonder why I put the hook down to begin with. Crochet soon became my stress reliever, a great passion of mine, and now I have turned it into a business. It feels

great making something by hand and then seeing people proudly wear the things you make. I live for that feeling. Not everyone is blessed enough to say they get to enjoy the work they do every day.
