For Your Information

Souvenir This provides all necessary items, including personalized ribbons. All items are made with love and specifically for each customer. Upon notice of your item request you will promptly be contacted for a consultation. A contract will then be mailed to you with the total cost. A signed contract and 40% deposit is due at least 4 weeks in advance, as we wish to have your items to you a week before your event. Products will only be drafted, not worked on until deposit is received. Balance is due at least one week in advance. Shipping information

All items that cannot be picked up will be shipped via USPS Flat Rate parcel. Shipping costs may apply. Accepted Forms of Payment
