Troy handle everything with a respectful manner and made sure things were secured properly during the transferring process to the repair job. New 5.0-star Review: "A few weeks ago my fuel pump died on my 2003 Chevy Avalanche. I was visiting MD, and my truck was on a military installation. Within 30 minutes of calling, Savoy Towing had a driver at the visitor center of the base I was at, ready to drive on to the installation to load up my truck and deliver it to a mechanic in the local area. I called Savoy ahead of time to ask if they knew a reputable mechanic that may be able to help me same day. They provided me with a name and phone number to the mechanic that would ultimately get me taken care of within a few hours. When we dropped my truck off at the mechanic, he let me know he’d be happy to do the install same day, but I’d have to bring him the part. Realizing I didn’t have a ride, Savoy went ABOVE AND BEYOND and dropped me off at the auto parts store before wishing me well and carrying on with their day. I’m well aware that a drop off wasn’t required, or isn’t even always possible depending on their daily workload, but on that day and in that moment, the kind gesture meant the absolute world to me. Bottom line, some tow companies are good at recovering vehicles, and that’s it. Savoy is good at recovering vehicles AND taking care of people. I can’t recommend these guys enough!"
