The holidays are upon us. It's ok to eat and enjoy our meals in fact it's more than OK! The key to it is to do it with moderation. Gorging then starving yourself throws off your metabolism. Keep it streamline so you keep burning those calories. And if you happen to eat a few extra calories over the next few weeks, I'm only a click away!

Studying on some new equipment I bought. This stuff is super cool! Sometimes working out can be mundane... yeah I know. Not only does your mind get accustomed to it but your body does as well. Keep it interesting and throw in something new. It keeps your mind engaged AND your body in check.

Yes it is possible to lose 20 lbs in a month. But is it healthy and sustainable? The best weight loss is sustainable weight loss so you don't put the pounds (plus some) right back on. Sustainability is the key!
