Through his technical expertise, leadership, and dedication, Sergio has made an exceptional impact on TSA contract operations and the overall success of the mission.

Here’s what his supervisor had to say:

"Sergio played a critical role in the development of TSA’s Information Management System, contributing thousands of lines of code to a system used to track, manage, and reconcile a multitude of government assets across facilities in Texas, Virginia, and New Jersey. His technical expertise and attention to detail were instrumental in improving the accuracy, visibility, and overall management of TSA inventory.

In addition to his system-development efforts, Sergio successfully trained nine employees on the processes and tools necessary to support contract operations. As Deputy Project Manager, he also played a key leadership role in completing the contract’s 100% physical inventory, coordinating asset verification and reconciliation activities across all three locations.

Sergio consistently demonstrates initiative, professionalism, technical competence, and a willingness to take ownership of challenging requirements. His contributions have directly supported the success of the TSA mission and the performance of the contract, making him highly deserving of recognition as Employee of the Month."
