There are some projects that mean a little more. ❤️

We’re incredibly honored to have the opportunity to play a small part in the mission and vision of LifeWise Academy

When one of these buses comes through our shop, we know it’s not just another paint job. That bright red bus is going back into a community where it will help carry students to a place focused on faith, character, and the Word of God.

Knowing that our hands and our craft get to contribute—even in a small way—to something impacting the next generation is pretty special.

We’re proud of the finish. We’re proud of the work. But most of all, we’re grateful for the opportunity to be part of the bigger picture.

It’s more than paint. It’s purpose. ❤️

Structure Fire Response – Logan Street

At approximately 2216 yesterday evening, The Urbana Fire Division (UFD) C Shift responded to a reported fire in a structure in the 200 block of Logan Street. The initial response included Battalion 1 (B1), Engine 1, and Medic 2. Through automatic mutual aid, Engine 111 from the West Liberty Fire Department also responded.

All UFD units arrived on scene at 2221, where B1 reported smoke coming from the residence. Command was established, and crews initiated an interior fire attack. Command reported water on the fire at 2223, and the fire was declared under control at 2228.

One occupant was transported to the hospital, and three others were evaluated at the scene for injuries related to the incident. The fire was successfully contained to the room of origin. A damage assessment is underway, and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.

To maintain emergency coverage for our EMS and fire district, UFD recalled off duty personnel. UFD extends its sincere appreciation to Box 13, Champaign County Dispatch, and the West Liberty Fire Department for their assistance and continued partnership.

It’s showing up. Over and over again.

Those suits have been worn by people who became part of our story. Some are still here. Some have moved on. But every single one left something behind.

What you see isn’t just a paint suit.

It’s a reminder of where we started, what we’ve survived, how much we’ve grown, and why we’re still standing.

This is CS and SS. And there’s a whole lot of history hanging on that wall.
