“be quick, but don’t hurry” — move with purpose, not chaos. Construction just makes the cost of the other side obvious: mud, frost, a customer who already called the next guy.

Irwin Construction & Excavating, LLC is hiring!

We're only looking for a full-time employee with CDL to work as a job site laborer, or a part-time dump truck driver.

As a laborer, you'll handle loading and unloading tools and materials, digging, spotting, running transits, levels, and GPS equipment, plus basic equipment operation throughout the build. Must be fit for the job — some tasks are labor-intensive.

As a dump truck driver, you'll haul materials to sites, clock in and out through our app, inspect the truck before and after every shift, supervise loading and unloading, and transport equipment on a tag trailer. Be able to drive in all weather conditions.

Call Brendon Irwin at (937) 717-8117 to apply!

Today marks 10 years since our son was born, 10 years since our company started. Ten years ago today, I walked away from my job and started this business with nothing but a dream and a willingness to work hard. We began small, bathroom remodels, decks, and fences. Now we're a medium-size operation with over a dozen pieces of equipment with dedicated employees working in multiple counties across Ohio doing commercial projects including excavation, site work, and underground utilities. None of this would have been possible without our customers and friends who've trusted us over the last decade. Your support helped us grow from those early days into what we are today, and we're incredibly grateful! Here's to the next ten years of building, growing, and serving this community. Thank you all!
