Always learning, always getting better. 👏🏼

Getting together as a team is an important part of what we do. It gives us a chance to learn from each other, keep growing, and continue getting better at how we serve our customers.

When you choose Preferred, you’re getting techs who know their stuff, show up with a smile, and are ready to take care of whatever is bugging you. 👏🏼

With fall weather officially here, you may start noticing more pests like mice, spiders, and other unwanted visitors trying to make their way indoors.

If you need us, we’re here to help. Give our team a call at (515) 276-7277, and we’ll come take a look, figure out what’s going on, and get you taken care of.

Since 1985, our family has had the privilege of serving homeowners and businesses across the Des Moines area.

What our dad, Brad, started all those years ago has grown into something we’re incredibly proud to carry on today alongside an amazing team.

A lot has changed over the years, but the way we take care of people hasn’t. We’ll continue bringing the same care, expertise, and dedication to every home and business we serve.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted Preferred over the years. We’re proud of where we’ve been and excited for what’s ahead.

We’re Brian and Andy, co owners of Preferred Pest Control. 👋🏼

We’ve got a great team behind us and a lot happening every day, both in the office and out in the field.

So we figured it was time to start sharing a little more of it with you.

You’ll be seeing more of what our team is seeing in the field, helpful things to know throughout the year, and of course, the people behind Preferred.

Stick around. We’ve got some fun stuff coming!

Our team has put in a lot of work so far this year, so it was good to slow things down for an evening and bring everyone together.

Employees, families, tacos, bug traps and ice cream sandwiches. It's great to be in a room full of people enjoying each other's company.

Thanks to everyone to joined us for this year's Preferred Pest Control summer party. We're proud of the team we have and the families behind them.

Nothing brings the team together quite like a little friendly competition and last week’s chili cook-off delivered (chili dogs included).

Chili #3 came out on top, with Justin taking home the bragging rights. Turns out his skills go well beyond being a skilled Service Manager.

Shoutout to everyone who joined in and brought their best!

What a great night with our team! Our winter party was full of great food, fun games, and well-deserved awards.
