A new school year means a whole new pile of paper is coming. Before the permission slips, calendars, homework, artwork and school notices start making their way home, now might be a good time to deal with last year's pile.

Parents: keep the artwork and memories. The outdated lunch menus and field trip reminders can probably go.

Teachers and school offices: old paperwork containing student, parent or employee information deserves a little more attention. When it's time to dispose of it, make sure it's done securely.

Start the school year with a little less clutter.

Every office has one.

The fax machine nobody uses.
The computer running Windows XP.
The filing cabinet nobody wants to open.

What's the oldest thing still hanging around your office?

Summer bonfires are great.

Old paperwork in a bonfire? Not so much.

If you've got boxes of documents you've been meaning to get rid of, let us handle them the secure way.

Your information stays protected, and the paper gets recycled instead of going up in smoke.

Just because a file is old doesn’t mean the information inside it stops mattering. Names, addresses, account numbers, employee records...outdated paperwork can still create real risk if it ends up in the wrong hands. That’s why secure shredding matters. Contact us to get your office in order!
