This is a big moment...

Success Circle is moving to The Portal on July 1st.

We’ve outgrown our home at The Arc Oneida-Lewis, and we don’t take that growth lightly. It’s where this community took root, and we’re deeply grateful for the people and support that helped us get here.

But we’re not building something small.

The Portal isn’t just a new location. It’s a hub for connection, learning, growth, collaboration, creativity, and entrepreneurial energy. It is an environment that reflects the pace, vision, and momentum of this community.

This move is intentional. It’s about stepping into a setting that matches what we’re building and the women who choose to be part of it.

If you’ve been part of Success Circle, you’ve helped make this possible, and we are incredibly grateful. We hope you’ll continue the journey with us as we step into this next chapter together.

Join us at The Portal for our July events and experience the new home of Success Circle for yourself.

The Accelerator opens to new members on July 1st with our Kick-off from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Intentional Living Mindset Experience on July 22nd 8:30 - 11:30 am
Coffee Connections on July 24th from 8:30 to 10:00 am
Ignite Membership on July 29th 10:00 - 11:30

Visit our website, www.successcircle.biz, to sign up.  We are excited to see you there!

Get clear going into summer. Join us to Plan with Purpose on Monday, June 1.

Busy isn’t always the same as moving forward...you probably already feel that.

Your calendar is full, your to-do list keeps growing, yet the things that actually matter to you are still waiting.

It’s not because you lack discipline; there hasn’t been space to slow down and choose differently.

That’s what we’re creating on June 1st.

Plan with Purpose Workshop
A 3-hour pause to step out of the noise and back into alignment.

Inside this space, you’ll begin to:
✔️ Clarify what this next season actually requires of you
✔️ Reconnect your priorities to what matters most
✔️ Create a rhythm that supports your real life
✔️ Choose one intentional step forward with support behind you

This is about doing what matters, on purpose, not just doing more.

This space may be for you if:
✔️Your days feel full, but your progress feels stagnant
✔️You’ve been moving, but not necessarily in the direction you want
✔️You’re craving clarity, not more pressure
✔️You’re ready for a different way of showing up

📍 The Arc, Oneida-Lewis - 245 Genesee St, Utica, NY
📅 Sunday, June 1st | 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
🥐 Connection time over breakfast included
🎟️ $79

This room is intentional because the women in it are choosing to pause, reflect, and move forward differently.

If you’ve been feeling that pull, it’s worth listening to.

There’s something meaningful about being in a room where connection feels genuine and conversations don’t feel forced.

Coffee Connections was created for women who are growing personally, professionally, and intentionally, while also craving space to slow down long enough to reconnect with themselves and others in a more meaningful way.

This isn’t about transactional networking or simply exchanging business cards. It’s about creating space for real conversations, shared experiences, encouragement, and relationships that continue beyond the event itself.

Inside this space, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with women who understand the value of community, support, and showing up for one another in both business and life.

Whether you’re a business owner, professional, creative, or simply looking for deeper connection, you are welcome here.

📍 The Arc, Oneida-Lewis — 245 Genesee St, Utica, NY
📅 Friday, May 29 | 8:30 AM

We’d love to have you there. Be sure to register ahead of time to save your spot.

What if this was the year you stopped waiting?

Stopped waiting for the “right time.”
Stopped waiting for life to slow down.
Stopped waiting until everyone else’s needs were handled first.

What if you finally gave yourself permission to ask:
What do I actually want my life to feel like?

Not the version built around survival.
Not the version built around expectations.
The version built around intention.

Because so many of us wake up one day and realize we’ve been living on autopilot.
Showing up for everyone else.
But quietly disconnecting from ourselves in the process.

Maybe intentional living doesn’t start with a massive life overhaul.

Maybe it starts smaller than that.

🌿 Saying no without guilt.
🌿 Resting before burnout.
🌿 Protecting your peace.
🌿 Making time for things that make you feel alive again.
🌿 Letting yourself be seen.
🌿 Celebrating progress instead of only focusing on what’s left to fix.

You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin living more intentionally.
Sometimes awareness is the first step.

So here’s the question:
What’s one area of your life you want to be more intentional about right now?

Busy isn’t always the same as moving forward...you probably already feel that.Your calendar is full, your to-do list kee...

One week ago, co-founder Christine Elias Spiak gave her first TEDx Talk. It was a pivotal moment; her reflections...

Six years ago I was running a new business & a participant in MVCC's thINCubator Refinery facilitated by Ryan Miller & Stacey Mae Smith.

It was through their encouragement that I recorded my 1st social media video. I was nervous, as is evident on the look on my face.

Fast forward six years & I found myself nervous again as I walked onto the TEDx stage.

Both times I was way outside of my comfort zone.

I've learned I'm not alone, but it requires me to put my pride aside to seek out support, guidance and encouragement.

I don't have to do it on my own & neither do you. There are people who want you to succeed & are willing to help. We at Success Circle are at top of that list. Whether we know you yet or not, we believe in your potential to share your God-given talents with the world.

I didn't get on that stage alone which is why I want to thank some of the people who have helped me along the way. In order(ish) from 2019 - now:

John Spiak has held many roles: chief brainstormer, logo designer, IT department, website creator, chief advisor

Byron Elias proud father and supporter, showed me first hand what being a business owner takes and helped me file my LLC paperwork to make it official

Financial Coach Master Training

Justin Miller, CPA introduced me to the book Profit First

Paul Arvantides my Mohawk Valley Small Business Development Center Advisor

Ryan Miller & Stacey Mae Smith MVCC's thINCubator Refinery facilitators

Mohawk Valley Business Women's Network & president Gina Trzepacz Timpano

CNY Biztalkers

Donald Raymond colleague & Off Limits podcast co-host

Honor Jensen, PCC, MBA Business Coach Thriving with Honor, LLC.

Financial Coach Academy: Kelsa Dickey, Jill Emanuel & Jaclyn Wise

Tricia Sticca, biz bestie & life/business Coach for life!

Scott Grates- Utica, NY State Farm Insurance Agent of Referrals Done Right & Love Living Local 315

Julie Hock Takac Habits Coach

Craig Dacy of DACY Financial Coaching

Sally Davidson Retreat & Breathwork Facilitator

Sarah Gaetano TEDx Organizer

And many friends, family, colleagues, clients, members, authors, podcast hosts, facilitators, thought leaders and God who gave me the gifts to share. Onward!

Shining a spotlight on women is something we take pride in at Success Circle. Today, our co-founder, Christine Elias Spiak, was in attendance at a powerful luncheon hosted by Heather Agricola of the American Heart Association.

Go Red For Women raises awareness for women’s heart health. It was empowering to be surrounded by survivors, educators, researchers and those who devote time to fundraising.

A few powerful takeaways…

Know your family health history.

Learn hands-on CPR.

Advocate for yourself.

Most importantly, listen to your body. If you feel off, don’t wait or justify what you could be feeling. Take action and seek medical attention. You are too important to your family and friends to stay silent.

Thank you Lauren Mattia for including us at your table and to Rachel Marie Nelson, Gina Dier and Beth Miller for sharing this experience with us!

Tricia and Christine wish all women everywhere, a happy and healthy heart! ❤️
