Employee Spotlight: Al Nitti
Join us in congratulating Al Nitti on his new role as Wisconsin Abatement/Demo Estimator PM for Mavo! Al has been with the company for 16 years and has built an impressive career through hard work, dedication, and a continued commitment to growth.
Al joined MAVO in 2010 as a laborer and steadily advanced into a leadman role, where he learned from and mentored under key site supervisors. He was later promoted to site supervisor, taking on larger and more challenging projects while continuing to deliver strong results for Mavo.
Known for his project vision, strong communication skills, and reliable ex*****on, Al has consistently demonstrated what it means to lead by example.
When Mavo began an internal search for a future Wisconsin office Abatement Estimator/PM, Al quickly rose to the top of the candidate list. After careful consideration with his family, he accepted the position and will relocate to Wausau, Wisconsin, effective July 2026.
We are excited to welcome Al to the management team and look forward to seeing the impact he will continue to make in Wisconsin.
