𝙊𝙧𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙇𝙞𝙩𝙚 𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝙎𝙥𝙤𝙩𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩: Olivia Billingsley

Olivia’s journey at OrthoLite as Sales Manager, Premium began nearly 8 years ago. After 20+ years of footwear experience spanning design, production, and sales while moving through various roles in the industry, OrthoLite’s sales leadership brought her on board and she says it’s the best career move she’s ever made.

In her role, Olivia serves as a bridge between design, development, and production, collaborating with brands ranging from high-end fashion labels to global performance leaders and emerging innovators. She’s at her best when working closely with clients to understand their goals and help solve for comfort, performance, sustainability, and reliability. Her professional philosophy is simple: “If you work with us, we’ll take care of you and do what we say we’ll do.”

Outside of work, Olivia is an active and engaged parent of two teenagers, balancing a busy family life filled with college visits, art museums, and baseball games. Her advice for young professionals, especially women in the industry, is straightforward and empowering: “Don’t let anyone else define who you are. Speak up, advocate for yourself, and ask for what you want.”

OrthoLite Team Spotlight: Marty Greenwald

Marty joined OrthoLite 8 years ago, drawn by the brand’s reputation for best in class, innovation, quality, and culture. After having spent more than 20 years leading global sales for a sport cleat and traction technology manufacturer, he said this move “was one of the best career decisions I’ve ever made.”

For Marty, great leadership starts with connection. He believes in leading from the field, not just the office—listening to customers, mentoring his team, and finding ways to make every partnership stronger. In his words, “we’re not just selling insoles—we’re helping brands make better shoes.” Under his leadership, OrthoLite continues to expand its “local-for-local” manufacturing model, now operating six facilities worldwide and producing nearly 650 million pairs of insoles in 2025 alone.

Outside the office, you’ll find Marty on the golf course or exploring great restaurants with his team while traveling. His advice to young professionals: “Give 110%. Find what you’re passionate about and surround yourself with people who share that vision.”

Dust, grit, and tired but happy soles.

The halfway point of the OrthoLite TransRockies Run brought high mileage, high spirits, and plenty of moments worth remembering—from early climbs out of Leadville to the fun “summer camp for big kids” energy back at Nova Guides.

70 miles down, 50 to go! 💪

The TransRockies Run: Scenes from Day 1! 🤩

Runners tackled 18.3 miles through Buena Vista, Colorado yesterday. Although starting at a relatively lower elevation and lacking the monster climbs of other stages, stage 1 has proven to be one of the toughest stages over the years since it is often quite hot and dry. The running surface varies from gravel and rock to sand on a mix of trails, four-wheel drive roads and Forest Service Roads, but OrthoLite is there to ensure the racers can both run and recover in comfort.
