Citizens, Westminster Firefighters are in NEED OF YOUR HELP. Last November, the Westminster citizens overwhelmingly voted to give Westminster Firefighters a professional voice in their safety and working conditions. Now, as the ordinance is being written by the city, the city is leaving the firefighters with no voice to sit down at the table and discuss real issues that affect firefighters on a daily basis.
Please help us in our attempt to be heard by the city.
If you can't come speak at a City Council meeting, then please send Westminster Council a message that Westminster Firefighters DESERVE a say in their working conditions.
Feel free to copy and paste the following message into an email to a Council member.

Last November I voted for ballot measure 2A to entrust Westminster Firefighters with an active role in discussions and decisions regarding their workplace safety and working conditions.

With the successful passing of this measure, please ensure that the interests of voters are fulfilled by securing the collective voice of Westminster Firefighters in conversations about these matters.

Please send to Westminster City councilors and make sure that your vote counts and that they direct the city to give a real voice to firefighters.
