This Whirlpool dryer had the heat but wasn’t turning the drum. In this case, the issue was a failing belt. We got the old one removed, replaced it with the new, and got her back up and running asap! 💪🧺

This might not be the view you expect when it comes to appliance repair but it’s something all our techs are familiar with. Control boards are essential to appliances, and when they have issues it can mess up all kinds of things, or even make the entire unit inoperable! We replaced this faulty one during a repair out in Nebo, NC.

It’s one thing when your washer won’t wash your clothes - but what if it washes them and then won’t let you get them out?? That happened to this customer when the lid wouldn’t unlock after the cycle ended. We had to replace a faulty lid switch, but we freed the towels in the end and the washer is back to normal operation!
