⚠️ OVER 100 POUNDS OF RODENT DROPPINGS… FROM ONE HOME. ⚠️
This is what can be hiding just a few feet above where your family sleeps.
We’re currently tackling one of the most severe rodent infestations we’ve seen inside this 6,500 sq. ft. Thousand Oaks home — and on DAY ONE alone, our crew removed more than 100 pounds of rodent droppings and contaminated material from the attic.
This isn’t just disgusting. At this level, it becomes a serious health and sanitation concern.
Rodents can contaminate attic spaces with urine, f***s, nesting material and saliva, and certain rodent-borne diseases can be transmitted when contaminated material is disturbed and particles become airborne. That’s exactly why the CDC warns against simply sweeping or vacuuming dry rodent droppings. (CDC)
Watch the transformation in this video. 👀
We’re removing the contaminated insulation and rodent waste, thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing the attic, addressing the rodent entry points and replacing the damaged ducting. What started as a heavily contaminated attic is being taken all the way back to a clean, bare attic space with brand-new ductwork.
But we’re NOT putting new insulation in yet.
Because of how severe this infestation was, we’re conducting a 2–3 week trapping campaign first. We want to make sure the remaining rodents are eliminated before beautiful new insulation ever goes back into this home.
This is the difference between simply covering up a rodent problem and actually correcting it.

If you hear scratching above your ceiling, smell something unusual, or find droppings, don’t ignore it. What you can see may only be a fraction of what’s hiding in the attic.
