Santa Barbara isn’t only about Spanish Colonial, Tudor Revival has a beautiful presence here too. 🏡✨

What really stands out is the architectural variety, and how much care you can feel in these homes. Each one seems to have its own personality, history, and sense of place.

This little cutie is ready to grow, while keeping the character that makes it special.
We were invited to join the project and provide accurate as-built documentation to help make that process as smooth as possible. 📐

We work all across California and nationwide, but Santa Barbara is one of those places that really stays with you. The architecture, the character, the care put into each home, it’s the kind of place you remember long after the project is done.

🌉 Another piece of the puzzle in downtown San Francisco!

This project started as four separate spaces in a prime location, and is now being transformed into one completely new space, while preserving the existing façades.

What makes this one even more special is our long-term client, who has been working with us on multiple properties along the same street. Over the years, it feels like we’ve been slowly collecting the puzzle pieces of an entire San Francisco block. Pretty amazing, right?

We’re very grateful for this ongoing partnership and excited to keep adding more pieces to the map.
At this pace, maybe one day we’ll have the whole street. 😄
