🎉 PROMOTION ANNOUNCEMENT 🎉

I’m proud to announce that Brandon Patin has been promoted to Director of Field Operations at Regimental Safety!

Brandon has been with me since the beginning. Over the past two years, he has worked for me in three different states, made a huge impact on our projects, and set the example for others to follow.

In his new role, Brandon will help manage our field staff, support the hiring process, and mentor our team as they grow into better safety professionals and leaders.

Brandon, I appreciate everything you have done for me and Regimental Safety. You have earned this opportunity, and I’m excited to watch you grow as we continue building this company together.

Congratulations, Brandon Patin! I’m proud to have you on our team.

Happy Fourth of July from Regimental Safety!

Celebrate freedom… not a trip to the ER. 😎

Keep all 10 fingers, let the fireworks fly—not your eyebrows—and if you’re drinking, let someone else do the driving.

Have fun, stay safe, and leave the explosions to the professionals! 🎇

Anniversary alert! 2 years! Congrats Brandon on your accomplishments. You have been traveled all over the Midwest and have been key player to our growth! I appreciate you and the leadership you provide the team with!

This past weekend we had the chance to get the team together to celebrate 2025 over dinner and a great night out. I truly appreciate everyone taking the time to be there and enjoyed the opportunity to relax and connect outside of work.
Thank you Brandon, Justin, Ted, Ken, Brooke, Maci, and Nel for everything you do day in and day out. Kelly and Willie were missed—we’ll catch you at the next one.

Today, we honor all who have served — the men and women who stood ready to defend our nation and protect the freedoms we enjoy every day.

At Regimental Safety LLC, our foundation is built on the same principles that define military service: discipline, integrity, honor, and commitment to the mission.
These values drive how we lead, how we train, and how we build safer workplaces across the industries we serve.

As a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), we take great pride in continuing to serve — this time, through safety and leadership on job sites across the country.

Today, we also recognize the veterans who proudly represent Regimental Safety:
🇺🇸 Rob Kelp – Owner
🇺🇸 Ken Schuring – Safety Manager
🇺🇸 Greg Thornley – Safety Manager
🇺🇸 Mike Rose – Safety Manager

Your dedication, discipline, and leadership exemplify what it means to be mission-focused and team-driven — both in uniform and in the field.

To all veterans — and to the families who support them — thank you for your service and sacrifice.

Mission first. Safety always.
— The Regimental Safety Team
