As a Producer-Only market, which means that you will be dealing directly with THE producer. No middlemen. No wholesale products. We have NEW Producers including Chérie Crumb Bakery, Sheltered Valley Cider, Fatema's Kitchen—Persian home cooking, Table Talk Candles, and Red Buffalo Sauce! This week we have asparagus, strawberries, and rhubarb! Fresh greens! Plenty of root vegetables. More produce (including Certified Organic) is coming into season every week. Fresh local mushrooms—plus wild mushrooms from certified, licensed foragers. Plenty of pepper products! We have pasture-raised non-GMO meats from 5 vendors—including fresh (never frozen) chicken! Pasture-raised, free-range eggs—chicken and duck—(the hens are laying up a storm). Wild line-caught Alaskan salmon. Artisanal tofu. Truckloads of apples, and fruit products including jams, preserves, shrubs, non-alcoholic sparkling cider, and more. For better gut health we have kombucha and water kefir from three vendors. Award-winning local cheeses, plenty of raw cow's milk. Take-away meals, chef-made soups, spreads and dips. Wood-fired pizza! Fresh local pasta and sauces. Three of the area's favorite food trucks. Authentic Greek food—baklava, spanakopita, salads! Fresh from the oven artisanal breads. Desserts and baked goods—cookies, bars, brownies, mini pies, cupcakes! 100% natural personal care products and botanicals—soaps, tinctures, syrups, lotions, and more. Local wool and woolen products including machine washable sheepskins. Fresh cut flowers, porch pots and hanging baskets and flowering planters designed by Phoebe. Plants!
