Sometimes it is NOT that we do not have enough time to complete every task but that we are NOT managing our time wisely.

It can be a vicious cycle once you get behind, and this can give you that feeling of running on a hampster wheel.

Procrastination is the biggest time waster.

So start with that. Don't think about the task; just get it done and get the tasks you are avoiding off your list first!
