I really enjoyed my visit to Rock City in Valmeyer earlier this week. Thank you to State Representative Jerry Costello, II and Senator Paul Schimpf, who joined me on the tour of this incredible facility in southern Illinois. Rock City is an underground climate controlled storage cave. Fun Fact: it stays at a constant 58 degrees, isn’t that cool?
