🍁 Sometimes we just need to slow down and look around.

This beautiful tree is near my house, and I couldn’t help but notice the incredible mix of reds, oranges, yellows, and even some green still hanging on.

It’s amazing what we notice when we’re not rushing to the next thing or thinking about everything on our to-do list.

As we move further into fall, here’s your Sunday reminder to be present, look around, and appreciate the beauty in the everyday moments. 💜

🎃 Let’s talk about the things that haunt us…

No, I’m not talking about ghosts! 👻

🕸️ The guilt of saying no.
👻 The fear of disappointing others.
🧙‍♀️ The need to have everything figured out.
🦇 That little voice saying, “You’re not doing enough.”

Sometimes the scariest things are the expectations we place on ourselves.

💜 Here’s your reminder: You don’t have to keep carrying everything just because you’ve always carried it.

Be the woman who speaks another woman’s name in rooms she hasn’t entered yet. 💜

There’s so much power in women genuinely supporting one another, especially when we’re building businesses, pursuing dreams, and creating opportunities.

We are not following an established path at times and paving an entirely new one. That can be tough!

That’s why building communities of women who advocate for one another, share opportunities, and celebrate each other’s successes matters so much.

When we open doors for one another, we’re also creating new paths for the women who come after us.

That’s the kind of community I want to keep building.

🍝 As a woman who grew up surrounded by strong Italian women, I can tell you one thing for certain: Food is our love language! ❤️🇮🇹

In my family, food has always been about more than what’s on the table. It’s about tradition, bringing people together, sharing stories, and showing love.

If you ever come to my house, or pretty much anyone’s house on my side of the family, just know we’re going to try to feed you! Whether you’re hungry or not! 😂

Every New Year’s, we make homemade pasta for good luck in the coming year. It’s a tradition that’s been passed down through generations.

So, fair warning, you’ll probably see some food posts sprinkled in here from time to time!

Staying rooted in who we are means celebrating the traditions and people who helped shape us.
