Origin of Cooley Bay Winery:
The beginnings of Cooley Bay Winery started with a dream to bring a specialty drink called "The Cooley" to market. In the process of development of the "The Cooley", a love of the world of wine and the great people involved was created. In 2014, it was determined that a Tasting Room would be built in Van Alystyne, Texas were wine lovers could come together to taste som

e great wines and experience " The Cooley" on tap, while sitting back and relaxing with your family and friends. The Van Alstyne,Texas Winery:
Cooley Bay Winery, the first Winery in the City of Van Alstyne, Texas was constructed on the site of an abandoned AT&T Communications tower site. In the early 90's the tower was destroyed in a severe storm and the building remained vacant for decades until it was remodeled and enlarged into a contemporary tasting room to enjoy wine tastings, pairings, and the purchase of traditional varieties of wine, fruit wines, and experience "The Cooley". Winery/Brewery Hours:

Thursday - Saturday (2pm - 9pm)
