Received the below message from FedEx. We expect a similar one from UPS. Our office and warehouse will be closed today due to the ice storm.

"FedEx Express experienced substantial disruptions at our Memphis, Dallas/ Ft. Worth, and Indianapolis hubs last night due to severe winter weather. The weather has created potentially hazardous operating conditions, and the safety of our team members remains our number one priority.

Potential delays are possible for package deliveries across the U.S. with a delivery commitment of Tuesday, January 31, 2023. Contingency plans are in place, and we are prepared to provide the best possible service as conditions allow.

Operational impacts to other FedEx operating companies may vary due to local weather conditions. We will continue to minimize the impact on service and update the FedEx Service Alerts page with the latest information. "

The ice storm has reduced our working hours today, and will probably result in the closure tomorrow of all our offices and warehouse for all the brands we represent. Email responses and shipping will be delayed. For those customers that paid for expedited services, we will ship by a faster delivery service to ensure the package arrives on time. Please be aware that this is a large storm and will probably delay the carriers across a large portion of the southern US.

Happy Holidays to everyone! All of our stores have experienced record sales this Thanksgiving holiday, which we expect will cause a few minor delays in shipping starting Monday as the number and size of orders have exceeded what we expected and what I am sure our carriers will be able to handle next Monday and Tuesday. Our staff will be working overtime to get shipments out. Monday is Cyber Monday which usually results in a high number of hits to our stores, so please be aware that sites could move a little slower.
