HOSPICE WELLINGTON IS THRILLED TO ANNOUNCE A RECORD BREAKING TOTAL AT OUR 80’S RETRO ROYALE.
A quick Flashback to February when we held our first ever Retro Royale event presented by Andra Arnold and Associates, and the Delta Hotels by Marriott Guelph Conference Centre.
There were lots of amazing laughs, great energy, and of course a lot of love between attendees and Hospice Wellington. We are truly honoured and excited to announce that our new event has brought in the largest total for any of our past events…. OVER $174,100!!!!!!!!!
A BIG THANK YOU to the attendees, sponsors, prize donors, volunteers, event committee, staff, and board of directors. Your efforts have helped create success and the funds raised will make a huge difference to those in our community currently dealing with end-of-life in their families.
We must thank our event host and auctioneer Chuck Dukas whose efforts were brilliant both before and at the event. Thank you to the Guelph Firefighters - IAFF 467 for always being superstars in helping volunteer at the event. Thank you to Robinson's Flowers Ltd for the lovely centerpieces and floral arrangements. Thank you to Moffitt Print Craft Ltd. for always making the signage look extra special (and the 80s props this year). And another big thank you to Sound Events Inc., your incredible attention to detail made the look of the event, the sounds, and helped create the energy we wanted with this event. Plus, the 80s arcade games were a hit! Finally, thank you to the staff of Delta Hotels Guelph for making every part of the event a true joy, we are very happy with your amazing help.
