We mulched this property for a client last year and he was ready to put a home in so we came to give him a driveway and foundation pad.

Another job finished up in Biloxi on this 1 acre lot.
Tons of grading, little bit of clearing, some ditches dug on grade, and a culvert installed around back.

This job was a battle from the start, between rain, muck, minimal budget, and only 8” of fall between the front left corner of the trailer pad and the water in the ditch out at the road. It was a challenge to say the least.

Started clearing and getting everything moved around back. From there, we utilized the excess material from the yard and from ditches to grade the front yard, the driveway being the crown and the ditches being the low.

We brought in 9 extra loads of sandy material in the back to help with run off and absorption. We also brought in 2 loads of clay to raise the driveway up and then finished the driveway off with a load of crushed concrete.

Was an extremely challenging job, but super fun over all and I’m glad we got it done for our client!

Before and after of a playground safety floor tear-out and reinstall in vancleave!

Took down sections of fence, removed old flooring, installed borders, installed rubber mulch, then applied liquid glue designed for rubber mulch applications. Last picture is still lightly discolored on the mulch due to the glue still drying.
