We are writing to announce the retirement of one of our most valued and longest-serving technicians, Doug T17. After an incredible 47 years with Appliance Hospital—yes, 47 years!—Doug has decided to hang up his tools and begin a well-deserved new phase of life.

Doug is an awesome technician and a truly great guy. His dedication and expertise have been instrumental to our company's success, and his commitment to service has earned him the respect and affection of everyone here and all the customers he has served. We know his customers are really going to miss him as much as we will.

While we are sad to see him go, we are thrilled for Doug as he transitions into retirement. We wish him nothing but the best as he takes on new adventures, including dedicating more time to hunting and working on his home.

On behalf of the entire company, we extend our deepest gratitude for his 47 years of service and wish him a long, happy, and fulfilling retirement. The attached picture is of Doug's last service call with his trainee Vash.

We are an appliance repair company servicing the greater Portland and Seattle areas. Our office is in Vancouver, WA and we are looking for a qualified individual to add to our customer care team.

This position requires great customer care on the phones, and involves answering general questions, scheduling appliance service, and helping customers have a great overall experience with our company.

We are looking for 1-2 years of customer care experience, computer skills/typing, positive attitude, ability to problem solve, and a passion for helping others. This is a full-time position, M-F 8-5. If this sounds like you, then please send us your resume.
