As the months with both my children in my home grow short, I wish I could go back and feel their little arms clinging around my neck…there are so many things I would tell that young mother.

To be fair their arms are still clinging around my neck, they’re just not little anymore. 🤣

I am so thankful for the bond we share and as I photograph families that are still growing; I am acutely aware that they still have so many moments ahead…just happy to be able to freeze a few of them here and there…every year or two 💘 Lucky to call these clients friends now and so very excited to meet baby surprise… what do we think fam…is it a boy or a girl???

An unreal January day …
This light- the still air. This winter has been unusually kind in terms of clear days…thankful this one landed on the perfect day for this mama who has been waiting for this babe a while 🫶🏻 We first rolled into Cannon Beach to check it out but it was an absolute tourist mess… so we hustled over to my fave beach and made the hike in with plenty of time to spare.
