‼️ The Clark County Sheriff’s Office and the family of Philip Douglas Harris are asking for the public's help in locating him after he disappeared from the Vancouver, Washington area. Phil was 49 years old at the time he went missing, was last seen around April 20, 2023, in the Hazel Dell neighborhood. The missing person investigation began after his green 2016 Kia Soul was found abandoned in the Hazel Dell store parking lot near Safeway. While his phone and keys were missing, the vehicle had personal items like his professional kitchen knives, laptop, medication, and family photos, which is considered unusual.
Phil is described as a white male, 5' 7", weighing 145 - 155 lbs, with short brown hair and blue eyes. He often wears a goatee or light stubble. Other identifiers are, both of his ears are pierced, he has tattoos on both arms and his left hand. At the time of his disappearance, Phil had been dealing with personal issues, including chronic pain, recovery efforts, and was recently released from a detox program. Although he had struggles, he maintained his passion for cooking and his dedication to his children.
Philip’s family is seeking any info that might lead to his whereabouts. As family stated, no one simply vanishes without a trace, and even the smallest detail could be the key to solving this case.
