Structural HERE'S HOW IT WORKS

1.

WHEN DISASTER STRIKES, you need qualified professionals to respond quickly and work efficiently to mitigate damage to your property. Water damage, if left untreated, can lead to mold growth, wet/dry rot, and a number of other greater and more expensive problems. Every single DryTime technician completes rigorous training and testing through the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration

Certification) to receive, and maintain, their own independent certifications in both Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying. DryTime's experienced technicians offer you peace of mind as they take the lead on the restoration of your home. From evaluating the scope of damage, to certifying your home dry and free of mold and rot, to restoring your home to pre-loss condition, you can count on DryTime to care for your home as we would our own. Call us at (844) MY-DRY-HOME (844-693-7946). A trained team member will take down your information and put you directly in contact with the technician that will be coming to your home.

2. Upon arrival, your technician will determine the scope of damage, and what immediate repairs are required to stop any active sources of water damage.

3.Your technician will create and communicate a customized drying plan for your loss, and walk you through the process of opening a claim with your insurance provider.

4. Any necessary demolition, anti-microbial washing, and debris removal will be completed and drying equipment installed. Your technician will monitor and adjust the equipment daily until the drying goal is reached and your home is certified dry.

Here we are again. Try these tips to keep your pipes from freezing:

1) A trickle of hot and cold water might be all it takes to keep your pipes from freezing. Let water drip overnight, preferably from a faucet on an outside wall.
2) Keep your thermostat set at the same temperature during both day and night.
3) Open cabinet doors to allow heat to get to un-insulated pipes under sinks and appliances near exterior walls.

If you discover a leak or are suspicious of potential water damage, call us! We're happy to provide a no obligation inspection.

The forecast indicates snow and freezing rain. What about where you are? How much? When? Low-elevation snow is likely for the Portland/Vancouver metro area, the I-5 corridor in SW Washington, and the Columbia Gorge. South and west of Portland metro, the forecast gets more tricky, with a mix of rain, freezing rain, and snow possible. Stay tuned and monitor weather.gov/portland for the latest details.
