We are a family owned and operated street sweeping and asphalt maintenance company with locations in Oregon and Washington. We are a 24x7 on call business. Shifts are customized to best meet customer, employee and company needs. Looking for an individual that knows the meaning of above and beyond. We are currently building a team of the most awesome people in the business in an absolutely drug free workplace. Welcoming an individual that is willing to work FULL OR PART TIME, but specifically looking to fill position dispatching out of Vancouver, WA.

Responsibilities and Duties:
-Perform pre and post-trip inspections on vehicles and equipment.

-Communicate effectively and professionally with dispatcher, maintenance crew, office staff and other employees.

-Communicate with customers as needed to ensure their service needs are met.

-Operate truck, sweeper unit and associated equipment such as backpack blower and pressure washer safely and without damaging it or customer property.

-Clock in and out of jobs and duty on electronic device like smartphone or tablet.

-Troubleshoot and repair minor issues in order to finish the shift and write up larger issues for the maintenance crew.

-Fuel truck and perform thorough wash out of hopper at end of each shift to ensure readiness for next shift.

Qualifications and Skills:

-Excellent can-do attitude

-Customer service skills

-Strong written and verbal communication skills

-Basic troubleshooting/mechanic skills

-Strong problem solving skills

-Always show up on time and ready to work with appropriate gear for the job

-Dependable

-Reliable

-Class B CDL or greater and clean driving record

-Able to pass criminal background checks in order to acquire TWIC if don't already have one
