Or, maybe there are chapters nearby, but none meet at a time or on a day that works with your schedule.

So you wait. You hope a seat opens. You check back occasionally. You wonder if BNI will ever be an option for you.

And, those relationships may have played an important role in building the real estate business you have today.

Maybe you want to move into a differet market.

Incrase your average transaction.

Build a team.

Work with investors.

Become the agent people think of first in your community.

Or, simply grow a much bigger business than the one you have today.

Your goals can change faster than your network does.

And, sometimes getting to the next level isn't about working harder inside the same circle.

You aren't simply joining another networking group.

You're helping build a new referral network around the business you're becoming.

Daniel Crane can help you explore what that could look like and whether becoming a founding member of a new BNI chapter fits where you want your business to grow next.

Being great at what you do matters. But referrals don't happen simply because you're good at your job.

Referrals happen when someone knows you well enough to remember you at exactly the right moment, understands what makes you different, knows the kind of clients you want to meet, and trusts you enough to put their own reputation behind the introduction.

That's a much higher bar than simply knowing a Real Estate Agent. And, it's why the depth of your professional relatiobships can matter just as much as the size of your contact list.

Imagine having a group of business professionals who see you regularly.

They learn how you work. They understand the clients you serve best. They hear the stories that demonstrate what makes you different. They get to know the person behind the business.

A new BNI chapter starts with a small group of professionals who see the opportunity to create something from the ground up.

As a founding member, you have the opportunity to create something from the ground up. As a founding member, you have the opportunity to build relationships from the beginning with the Mortgage Lender, Financial Advisor, Insurance Agent, CPA, Attorney, contractors, and other professions you want to know, trust, and grow alongside.

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲?

When someone asks you to recommend a restaurant, the stakes are pretty low.

When they ask you to recommend someone to help them make decisions about their money, their retirement, or their family's future?

That's different. Money is deeply personal.

People may bring questions they're embarrassed to ask. Decisions they wish they'd made differently. Worries about whether they've saved enough. An inheritance they don't know how to handle. Aging parents who need help. Children or grandchildren whose futures they want to protect.

So when someone says, "𝗜 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗮 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝘁𝗼," they're offering much more than a name.

They're offering trust.

They're saying, I know this person. I believe in them. I trust them enough to introduce them to someone I care about.

For a financial advisor, becoming that person doesn't happen because you've collected the most contacts.

It happens because you've built relationships with people who have had enough time to know you, understand how you work, and feel confident putting their own reputation behind an introduction.

𝗜𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗸𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹.

Thats the kind of trust BNI is designed to help professionals build over time.

And, financial advisor is one of those professions that's frequently already represented in established BNI chapters.

That doesn't mean you have to wait for a seat to open.

As we launch new BNI chapters througout the Pacific Northwest, growth-minded financial advisors have an opportunity to build those relationships from the beginning and help create the network they want around their business.

𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝗹 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗕𝗡𝗜 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂.

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁?

Your next real estate client may not be looking for a real estate agent yet.

They may simply be telling someone:

“We're going to need more space.”

“My mom really shouldn't be living alone in that house anymore.”

“There's a chance I'm being transferred.”

“Once the kids graduate, we're ready to downsize.”

“I'd love to buy a house. I just don't know if I can afford one.”

To everyone else, those may sound like ordinary conversations.

𝗧𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆. And those conversations happen every day with mortgage lenders, financial advisors, insurance agents, attorneys, CPAs, contractors, hair stylists, and other professionals you may never meet.

The question is: 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆, 𝗱𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂?

That's why a powerful referral network isn't simply made up of people who know you're a real estate agent. It's made up of people who know you well enough to recognize an opportunity for you before it ever becomes a lead.

BNI gives professionals a way to build those relationships intentionally over time.

And, if the real estate agent seat in the local chapters is already filled, you don't have to wait for one to open. You can build the next chapter.

𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝗹 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗕𝗡𝗜 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂.

If the room you want doesn't exist, build it.

You know the professionals you'd love to have around your business.

A mortgage lender you trust completely with your clients.

An insurance agent who takes care of people they way you do.

A financial advisor you'd confidently introduce to your closest friends.

An attorney, CPA, contractor, home inspector, and other professionals who are exceptional at what they do and they are serious about growing their businesses.

Imagine if you didn't just happen to meet those people along the way.

What if you could intentionally build the room around you?

For many Real Estate Agents, that's where the opportunity to become a founding member of a new BNI chapter gets interesting.

The Real Estate Agent seat is often already filled in established chapters. You could wait and hope the seat eventually opens. Or, you could help create the one you want right now.

Starting a new BNI chapter give you an opportunity to build relationships from teh beginning with other growth-minded professionals who want what you want: stronger relationships, more opportunities, and businesses that continue to grow.

You don't have to know how to start a BNI chapter. That's where Daniel comes in.

Daniel Crane helps professionals explore new chapter opportunities and guides founding members through the process of building a new BNI chapter from the ground up.

Real estate agents remember the lenders who make them look good.

When an agent introduces a client to a mortgage lender, they're doing more than passing along a name. They're putting their reputation behind that introduction.

They want a lender who communicates. Who keeps everyone informed. Who does what they say they're doing to do. Who takes great care of the client and helps keep the transaction moving when things get complicated.

Becoming that lender isn't just about being good at mortgages. It's about building enough trust with the right professionals what when someone says, "Do you know a great lender?" your name is the one that comes to mind.

And that kind of trust usually isn't built from one coffee meeting, one networking event, or exchanging business cards. It's built through relationships.

People get to know how you work. They hear you talk about your business. They see how you show up. Over time, they become confident putting your name, and their reputation, behind the introduction.

What could happen to your business if you had an entire network of professionals who felt that way about referring you?

That's what an intentional referral network can become.

And just like Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders often discover that their profession is already represented in established BNI chapters.

You don't have to wait for a seat to open.

As we launch new BNI chapters throughout the Pacific Northwest, growth-minded Mortgage Lenders have an opportunity to build those relationships from teh ground up and help create the network they want around their business.

Daniel Crane can help you explore what that could look like and whether becoming a founding member of a new BNI chapter is the right opportunity for you.

Your database isn't your referral network.

You have hundreds, or thousands, of names in your CRM. Past clients. Prospects. Business contacts. People you've met at events. People in your sphere. People you haven't talked to in years.

That's valuable. But, having someone's contact information and having someone actively looking for opportunities to refer you are two very different things.

A strong referral partner knows more than your name and profession. They understand what makes you different. They know the kinds of clients you want to meet. They recognize the conversations that could lead to an introduction. And, most importantly, they trust you enough to put their reputation behind recommending you.

Your database is a collection of people you know.

Your referral network is made up of people who know how to help your business grow.

There's enormous value in both. But, if you're working hear to continually add more people to your database while leaving your referral network to chance, you may be overlooking one of the most powerful assets you can build around your business.

That's what BNI helps professionals do intentionally: build trusted business relationships that develop over time into a true referral network.

And, if your profession is already represented in the BNI chapters around you, that doesn't mean BNI isn't an option.

You can build the next one.

Daniel Crane can help you explore what it would look like to build the right network around your business and whether becoming a founding member of a new BNI chapter is the right opportunity for you.

You're everyone's referral source. But, are you their real estate agent?

A client needs a mortgage lender. You know someone.

They need a home inspector. You have a name.

Insurance agent? Contractor? Electrician? Plumber? Title Company?

Chances are, you've got someone for that too.

Real estate agents are natural connectors. You're constantly introducing clients, friends, and people in your networking to professionals you know and trust.

Those introductions help other businesses grow. But, here's a question worth asking:

How many of those professionals are intentionally helping grow your business?

Not because they owe you a referral. But, because you've built the kind of relationship where they understand your business, know the clients your're looking for, trust the way you'll take care of someone they send your way, and are actively listening for opportunities to introduce you.

There's a big difference between haing professionals you refer to and having professionals you build your business with.

That's what an intentional referral network can become.

And for many Real Estate Agents, there's a challenge: the Real Estate Agent seat is established BNI chapters is often already filled.

You don't need to wait for one to open.

As we launch new BNI chapters throughout the Pacific Northwest, growth-minded Real Estate Agents have an opportunity to build a referral network from teh ground p and help bring together professionals they want to grow alongside.
