We are *thrilled* to announce that Tom Park has joined Employer Brand Central's Board of Directors as the Chair and is our Senior Executive Consultant and Coach, leading our M&A Specialty Team.
Tom brings a wealth of experience in the mergers and acquisitions space, with a proven track record of success in driving growth and navigating turnarounds while understanding the critical importance of developing high-performing teams that drive business results.
His impressive career includes a decade at The Walt Disney Company Company, where he served as President of Disney Stores Worldwide, among other senior leadership roles, and over a decade at Belkin International, where he played a key role in doubling their revenue from $400M to $1B in just four and a half years.
Tom spearheaded the successful transformation of the iconic Kenmore, Craftsman and Diehard brands at Sears Holdings, including Kenmore’s strategic debut on Amazon as the first appliance sold on the platform, and he led the sale of the Craftsman brand from Sears to Stanley Black & Decker for $900M.
Tom's expertise will be invaluable as we continue to scale Employer Brand Central and support our clients' demanding M&A needs.
