In a world of seeing other people’s highlights, we often miss out on the long hours it took them to get where they are. It could be success in a sport and we don’t see the hours of practice. Losing 20 pounds by exercising and watching what they eat but we just see the pictures of them after the weight is gone. Or a successful business but we don’t see the sleepless nights and countless hours of work it took to make their business succeed. So keep doing the things that nobody sees that will bring you the results you want.

Today, I'm supporting my 19 year old son, Seth, and the next generation of entrepreneurs. In his early high school years, he started his own company, Gym Armor, a clothing line for people who love to work out. Every time I see my hoodie, I smile thinking about my son and all of the other young entrepreneurs who go for their dreams.

Today, Gym Armor is on the back burner because he is a successful personal trainer building his business in SW Florida. And I'm one proud mom of ❤️
