We are in for a very tough next couple of days. Please check in with each other. I have loved seeing neighbors helping neighbors. We're all in this together, especially those of us in the path around the eye.
I have evacuated with my kids, and we will return when it is safe to do so.
You can hide from the wind, but you need to run from the water.

I performed my first marriage ceremony this morning!! It was very unique since the couple didn't have anything special planned--they chose a house over a wedding. They elected to get married next to our pickleball courts since it was just up the street from their house.

This was my second job back after my pause due to surgeries. 👍🏽

There's a new form the county is using for some items that is catching people off guard. I have done two today. It basically is a form that says "work" on your property is starting sometime in the next year, and it requires a notary stamp.

Being a Notary is not my "full time job," nor does my "full time job" have anything to do with being a Notary! I do it because there's usually a need for notorial services, and I can have a very flexible schedule with it, including sometimes bringing my "full time jobs" along.

I've been doing a few wills and estates lately, which is a different change up from what seemed like a long line of real estate related items.
