I think some bad days are just bad decisions that don’t want to go away. Do it right today and you don’t have to regret it tomorrow.
Have you ever witnessed a bad decision in the making? Not from someone else, but one of those horrible decisions that you have a front row seat and don’t miss a minute of the action?
You know it’s a bad idea and you do it anyway. You know you’ll regret it tomorrow, but you dive in headfirst.

1. You know you’re letting yourself down.
2. Your gut is screaming to not do it.
3. Your friends try to stop you.
4. You try to hide it.
5. You hope no one will find out.
6. If it does not grow you then it will slow you.
Bonus tip: If you wouldn’t call your grandma or grandad and tell them what you did then don’t do it.
