The “three-tier” distribution system for beverage alcohol is a farce (wine, beer, spirits, cider, hard seltzer, etc). Wholesalers (the middleman) choose whose products get representation and distribution and who doesn’t. Direct to Consumer distribution rights for bevalc manufacturers is the only work-around for manufacturers access to market. Support California SB 620
