Team Precision is proud to have been awarded the Deconstruction Refuse-to-Energy Facility Contract for the City of Commerce. This landmark infrastructure project involves the complete hazardous materials abatement and demolition of the former industrial energy plant, representing a major milestone in the City’s environmental cleanup, land revitalization, and long-term redevelopment efforts.

Valued at $1,362,000 (base bid) plus authorized contingencies, and federally funded through the FTA, this project underscores Precision Environmental’s expertise in delivering complex, high-stakes industrial deconstruction work for California municipalities.

Team Precision is proud to have been awarded the Hazmat Abatement & Structural Demolition Contract for the California Military Department (CMD). This project includes the hazardous materials abatement and structural demolition of the historic Blakeslee Auditorium (Building 1572), a WW2 era building at Camp San Luis Obispo.

Camp San Luis Obispo was established in 1928, with major expansion during World War II (primarily 1940–1941) to support large-scale training.
