ecute a successful recruitment strategy that attracts the best candidates . Our proven screening and hiring methods result in securing committed employees with a very low turn-over record. The success of your team is dependent upon having good people and great processes in place. Our training covers both areas, insuring your staff learns how to efficiently and effectively generate the quickest and best results. We provide intense phone & script training. We will establish specific expectations and best practices for each user. With a clear performance structure in place, users and systems will be managed to achieve faster and greater profitability. We will motivate your team members to strive for and achieve a higher level of personal and professional success. By instilling confidence and enthusiasm in your team we will ignite a positive culture in your dealership. Each user will be consistently monitored, evaluated and re-trained to maximize the results of their efforts. All opportunities will be monitored to ensure your dealership is engaging with as many customers as possible. User activity, call quality, appointments set, customer shows and units sold will all be included as a measure of the overall success. Once a successful foundation is built, and our systems are established, we will participate in maintaining the learned disciplines to make certain the success of your BDC/Internet Department continues every month.

It’s official… I’m retired! 🌺⛺️🥾

To celebrate, I did something that reflects exactly how I want to live this next chapter—hiking and camping the breathtaking Nā Pali Coast. Nature, challenge, beauty, freedom… all of it wrapped into one unforgettable adventure.

I’m so proud of the career I’ve built, the businesses I’ve led, and the incredible people I’ve worked alongside. Now, I’m stepping into a new season full of purpose, joy, and a lot of fresh air.

Here’s what retirement looks like for me:
💛 Serving as Treasurer for Club Dust, a nonprofit that builds homes for families in need (check them out at clubdust.org)
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Soaking up every minute with my family and grandkids
✈️ Exploring the world with my very-soon-to-be husband and favorite adventure partner

If I’ve learned anything along the way, it’s this:
Work hard. Play hard. And always be kind to people.

I'm choosing to leave Facebook, friends, potentially returning after the election. To maintain a healthy social environment, I'm removing toxic influences from my online life, just as I do in real life. I'll miss the joyful updates about friends' and family members' achievements and experiences but not the increasing negativity and hostility.

I'm over the moon to share that I've received incredible news! My ACL may be completely torn, but the surrounding areas are in great shape. The surgeon suggests physical therapy and a custom brace for activities like skiing, hiking, and biking. I'm looking forward to biking,swimming, and hiking in just 6 to 8 weeks, all without the need for surgery!
Only limittation is that I will never become a soccer or basketball pro !! Lol 😊
