I train between 4 and 6 times a week and do a wide variety of things to accomplish my goals.

If you have any questions or have any thoughts please let me know and I can write an article, do a podcast or a video even to help answer. I don't train people anymore but I am happy to answer questions and show you what I do and why in the event you find it useful.
