Barbara has enjoyed a diverse career over the years, helping to run our NY family business, as well as working for others in accounting, bookkeeping, secretarial & specialty work with multiple types of insurances & investments & health office manager. All of this, while being a full time Mom & loving wife - and enjoying 4 amazing grandchildren and another one on the way!
Karen is a self-proclaimed 'Jane of all trades', having gained an extremely unique skill set throughout her years of experience in home improvement, personal training, fitness modeling, visual design, photography and more. She has always looked for new and exciting professional endeavors to help keep the fluidity of her talent sharp, however, she feels she has finally found her niche, in marketing.
Gary is also self taught. He excels in woodworking; lending his expertise to the Tank & Trifecta Shoppe. With a few flip houses under his belt, he has a newfound passion for perfecting all the details that go into construction. He is happy to be under Peter's wing, to learn all of the ins and outs of home inspection with a hands-on approach. All inspections are performed in compliance with the standards of practice for the State of FL home inspector standards, as well as Florida Association of Building Inspectors, Inc. (FABI).
