Toy Box Daycare Where children can have fun learning and playing while interacting with other children.

A typical day for your child will include, Indoor play: This is a free play period at the beginning of each day. This gives the children time to adjust to their new environment and provides an excellent opportunity to develop their abilities in language,motor control, social skills,and sensory awareness. Circle Time: This part of our program provides a wonderful occasion for the children to gather

around and be introduced to the day's activties The children hear songs,do fingerplays,hear stories,share thoughts. It is a time to share, to be imaginative, and to interact with the teachers and other children Art: Our art projects usually reinforce the theme at that time. We encourage creativity and self-expression,while taking the time to expand the children's understanding of the theme. Many opportunities are given to the children with their small muscle coordination, as well as reinforcing knowledge of colors,textures,meterials,and so on. Outdoor Play: This is a supervised free time,during this unstructured part of the day,we encourage children to develop their large muscle coordination,strength and balance,as well as to play with the other children. We do have a nap time for 2 hours in the afternoon we encourage the children to at least rest some do sleep.
$25.00 a day : Children are required to bring their own food, I don't supply meals

August 18th we're having a carnival day at the toy box daycare this is for our kids only not open to the public: There will be alot of games prizes face painting and the ice cream truck is coming in the afternoon we're also taking donations for the Bucksport animal shelter if anybody would like to drop off the donation that would be appreciated thank you
