Today, we dug out and installed a sump pump and basin. We used 'The Watchdog System'. We've installed these before and we love how user friendly it is. We were able to put in a secondary pump on a 12 volt battery back up circuit in case of a power outage and the customer will be able to link to it with a device to recieve notifications and check the status of their system anytime.
Tomorrow, after a quick stop to the hardware store, we will return to finish up. We talked with the customer and decided to make a couple 4" channels to assist in water drainage to the sump pit. We still need to run a new 20a circuit with a gfci exclusively for the sump pump. We will also be hooking up the water outflow and running it outside.

Done with work for today. Went to Florence to get supplies for tomorrows sump pump installation. Stopped in for a duct inspection / Estimate and scheduled them for an Air Duct Cleaning with antimicrobial treating, and Dryer Duct Cleaning next week.
