RESPONSIBILITIES
The Supervisor will be responsible for all aspects of managing the team of CNA’s and PCA’s, including but not limited to:

Training and educating staff for the home duties

Assist with Care coordination

Liaising between client and employee/contractor

Maintaining compliance with Medicaid/ Case Manager/ RN/Social Workers.
Conducting bi-weekly in-home visits

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will possess:
At least 2 years experience working in healthcare, social services, case management.

Excellent communication skills

Ability to interact effectively and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders

Aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment

Ability to adjust to any and all Medicaid changes that occur

Excellent customer service skills

Strong leadership qualities (prior supervisor experience strongly preferred)

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
