PSA for today - UBER helped me in an EMERGENCY - in an oddball way....
I had a vehicle leak all the coolant out of the system while driving someone to the airport (just 8 miles up the road). I was stuck in short-term parking waiting for inspiration! Ha. I was in a pickle...I called a nearby shop and they could not help me, but another shop suggested I call UBEReats. I rarely use UBER, however, I went on the site, ordered a gallon of coolant from their site, and for a driver fee of $2.98 (ridiculously cheap) she stopped by the store, picked up the product, and brought it to me in the parking lot.
It was a really helpful way to get me out of my predicament, so I wanted to share. for the win.
