Such a wonderful organization to support. Providing food, housing, transportation and all basic needs to families whose children are receiving medical care here locally.

Vanessa Villeneuve and Jason Simmons of IN/EX Architecture P.C. coordinated a large delivery of new stuffed animals just in time for Santa's visit to the Ronald McDonald House of Rochester! 🏠

They brought their families to learn more about how we support families year-round, and took a tour with staff from our Development team. We snapped this photo with a few of our favorite stuffies before leaving them under the tree for their new friends to enjoy. 💕

INEX Architecture was pleased to attend the ribbon-cutting for the Evans Lam Business Hub at the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester. The team transformed a dated, underutilized and dark basement into a daylight-filled collaboration and consult space for undergraduate business students.

Before we even get to design the new spaces, we take a critical look at existing conditions. We documented and measured this school up, getting caught in a few too many cobwebs in the process. We even document the creepy basements. Big transformation coming soon.

Work continues at Dana Lyon Apartments! Taking this old abandoned school and transforming it into one of a kind apartments alongside Pike Construction. Thank you, Providence Housing for entrusting us to make this happen. Stay tuned for updates and progress pictures.

The risk was definitely worth the reward and then some. IN/EX would be nothing without our entire team. Karsten, you trusted me and made the leap when we were so new. We were talking before the business was even a year old! Your level of experience and expertise blow me away. Heather, thank you for believing in what we were offering and coming along for the ride. You brought some much needed order and structure to the team. Bob, I’m glad Heather and Karsten knew such an incredible person to ask to be our fifth. You bring a calm and balance to our team and you are always ready to lend a hand with whatever is needed. I am so grateful for the team and business we have created all together.
