New Hours for Cylinder Fills starting May 1st!!!!

We will be open Monday - Friday from 8 am - 4 pm and will close daily from 12-12:30 for lunch.

We will do our best to re-open at 12:30, but this will depend on the dock closing promptly at noon. If we are assisting customers and cannot close at noon, we will re-open 30 minutes after we assist the last customer.

Please make sure you are here in plenty of time to have your cylinders filled before we break for lunch, and again, before we end our day at 4 pm.

Don't forget, there is often a long line of customers waiting for service, and we may need to turn customers away so we can close promptly.

Our office and phone hours will remain the same; Monday - Friday 9 - 4.

We are happy to make a prize donation to tomorrow's Minnow Races at the Lonesome Dove. We are dedicated to being local and supporting other local businesses. If you attend please remember to drink responsibly and always have a DD!

Thank you to everyone who donated toys and/or purchased raffle tickets for our fundraiser benefitting Riding for Ravalli Kids! All toys and raffle proceeds went directly to the organization.

We asked a rep from the charity to do us the honor of drawing the winning tickets. The winning ticket numbers are below. The winners will be contacted by phone by the end of the day today.

The deadline to donate toys or purchase raffle tickets is fast approaching! Monday 12/8 is the last day to take part. All toys and raffle proceeds will go directly to Riding for Ravalli Kids. We've hosted toy drives in the past, and we know we can outdo past years. There haven't been a lot of raffle tickets purchased, so the odds of winning are good! We hope to see you here at the Alpha office.

Alpha Propane is excited to announce our support for Riding for Ravalli Kids. Riding for Ravalli Kids is a local 501c3 non-profit dedicated to providing Christmas for underprivileged kids right here in the Bitterroot. If you haven’t heard of them, please take a moment and visit their website to learn more about their mission. You can read all about them at www.ridingforravallikids.org.

We would like to give our customers the opportunity to get involved this Christmas season. Here’s how you can help!

Toy Drive
We will be accepting toy donations through 12/8/25. Please drop off your new, unwrapped toys Monday-Friday from 9 am – 4 pm. All toy donations will go directly to Riding for Ravalli Kids.

Raffle
We will be selling raffle tickets for $5 each or 5 for $20. 100% of the proceeds will go directly to Riding for Ravalli Kids. Raffle tickets sales are cash only. One lucky winner will receive a gift certificate worth 125 gallons of free home delivery propane and two winners will receive a gift certificate worth 50 gallons of free home delivery propane. If you would like to donate directly to Riding for Ravalli Kids, please go to www.ridingforravallikids.org or you can find them on Facebook. They have multiple ways to get involved, such as purchasing directly through an Amazon gift registry, monetary donations, or adopting a family. If you donate directly to the charity, we would love to hear about it!

With the help of our amazing customers, we know that we can help make a difference to numerous kids in our valley! We look forward to seeing many of you in our office over the next few weeks. Raffle terms and conditions:
Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at Alpha Propane, 1208 US Hwy 93 N, Victor, MT. Monday through Friday from 9 am – 4 pm. The deadline to purchase is 12/8/25 at 4 PM. Tickets will be $5 each or 5 for $20. You must be a current residential customer in good standing to purchase tickets. There is no limit to the number of tickets one household can purchase and no limit to the total number of tickets sold. Winners will be selected through a random draw which will be held on 12/9/25 at 10 am. Winners will be contacted by phone by the end of the business day on 12/10/25. All proceeds will be donated to Riding for Ravalli Kids, a 501c3 nonprofit.
Prizes will be:
Grand Prize: Gift certificate for 125 gallons of free home delivery propane
First and Second Prizes: Gift certificate for 50 gallons of free home delivery propane
Gift certificates are for propane delivery only and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift certificate must be presented within 10 days of the date of delivery to be valid. Prize must be delivered in a single delivery, and the delivery is subject to minimum delivery requirements. Any prebuy gallons and/or existing account credit will need to be exhausted before the gift certificate can be applied.

Attention all customers!!!!! If you are expecting a delivery during winter conditions, please make sure you are plowed at least 10 feet wide, there is a clear unobstructed path to your tank, and all underground tank lids are clearly marked and exposed. Deliveries to unplowed locations are not guaranteed.

Also, please log into your account through the app or website payment portal and sign up for email and text notifications. This will allow us to notify you of your expected delivery date so you can prepare and ensure an on-time delivery!!!!
