🌟 Fun fact! One of Coach Jon’s yearly goals is to be able to do a back flip on his birthday. It’s a skill he learned in college and has kept up all these years! He has “flipped” in some pretty cool settings! This one was on a mountaintop in Cali 😎

🫵If you want to optimize performance, simply improve flexibility, or properly wind down at the end of the day to best benefit your body, then knowing the difference between static and dynamic stretching is a big key to your success!

🫶If you’re static stretching before exercise or a sporting event, let’s review the facts and change that routine. Static stretching before activity can actually HINDER your performance by temporarily restricting your range of motion.

💪In order for static stretching to be effective, it must be done consistently and intentionally! Post exercise and before bed are going to give you the most benefit.

🏃💨You have to move well to play well! If you want to take your athlete’s abilities to the next level, speed and agility training is key. We do things the right way, focusing on mobility, strength, and coordination. This is a great opportunity not only for athletes, but for our youth in general to stay active and learn how to train for the future.

ATTN ⚾️Baseball and 🥎Softball families! Both Jenna and I would like to announce we are opening a few slots in our schedule to coach skills training in order to get your athletes ready for the upcoming season. Limited slots are available. First come first serve. We can focus on individual tools like hitting, fielding, throwing, etc... or do a combination of each area as the athlete's needs are determined.
